Bringing with her over 25 years of sales management experience, Dawn Williams recognizes what it takes to succeed in sales. She has held managerial positions at Allstream/ACC, Medisys Health Group and Pitney Bowes.
Ms. Williams’ extensive experience in sales includes recruiting, training and managing sales staff; developing and nurturing client relationships; and overseeing the execution of strategic sales initiatives. Her teams consistently set standards for growth and surpassed aggressive sales targets. Ms. Williams applies her insider knowledge of sales and sales-people to the selection and recruitment of uniquely qualified sales professionals. She , along with her partner, purchased Sirius Personnel 14 years ago and in that time she and her team have placed hundreds of sales and marketing professionals. She is a working owner, interviewing hundreds of candidates yearly.
She has been invited to speak to university classes at all levels, in both English and French, on job hunting skills, interview skills and at the high school level, the importance of school.
The recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, Ms. Williams is a hands-on manager who is committed to fostering a motivational work environment. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Montreal’s Concordia University, and earned her MBA from Athabasca University.
In her free time, she volunteers at the Montreal Children’s hospital in oncology and has been volunteering there since age 18. She is also a volunteer at a youth home to help young ladies with leadership skills, volunteers as a mentor, for the last 7 years, at charitable organization that awards scholarships to students entering university and is one of the founding partners Black Executive Leadership Initiative. She is also an avid runner.
Colin Worrell is the Managing Director, Brokerage & Market Leader for Colliers International Quebec. Colin leads the sales advisor team, oversees operations, recruitment, and all strategic business development in the Montreal and Quebec City regions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Colin led a high-performing brokerage team at Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APREIT), a leading company specializing in the ownership, management and development of urban office environments across Canada.
His tenure at Allied was marked by continued success leading the company’s leasing function in Allied’s Eastern Canadian portfolio of approximately 6 million square feet, I’m the areas of; strategy development, revenue generation and direction of integration of more than 2.5 million square feet of new space.
Colin began his career in commercial real estate as a consultant at Colliers in 2001. Since then, he has held several senior positions in the commercial real estate industry, including at Sotheby’s and Devencore.
He has served on the boards of directors of Cornet Global’s Montreal chapter, F.A.C.E.S, and is currently involved in the formation of the Black Executive Leadership Initiative, which focuses on increasing black representation in the Montreal Corporate space with a particular focus on mentorship for future Black leaders.
Ron Williams has worked at TD for over 30 years in varying capacities. He has occupied the position of retail Branch Manager at both suburban and commercial branches, Regional sales management for Personal Credit products and as well Sales Channel Manager for Point of Sales products. He has been a Group Manager in the Contact Center in Montreal and has managed several different Contact center departments over the last 8 years. He is currently a Group Manager for our Personal lending and Advice department that provides products and advice in the personal credit space.
Ron has been involved in a number of initiatives both inside and outside of TD over the years. He is a former president for the Black Employee Network of TD in Quebec. He has been actively involved in both formal and informal mentorship both inside and outside of Td largely with the black community. In addition, he has represented TD in a number of panels, discussions and presentations in the black community around themes of diversity and inclusion, recruitment and career progression amongst others. He is currently a member of BEN Quebec for TD and is also a board member for a new association BELI that aims to put more blacks in the C suite.
Camille Isaacs Morell is a business leader, volunteer, and artist. Originally from Jamaica and now a Canadian citizen, Camille has a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from the University of the West Indies, and a Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Miami.
Camille spent eight years as a Foreign Service Officer in the Jamaican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, where she took on responsibilities in the Protocol, Economic and Foreign Trade Divisions, and joined Jamaica’s delegations to international meetings and state visits.
Camille later moved to Montreal where she embarked on a career in Marketing and Corporate Strategy, working with Standard Life, where she led the development and implementation of successful business development and corporate branding strategies, and later McKesson Canada, where she served as Senior Advisor in Content and Corporate Marketing.
Always ready to surmount social and business challenges, Camille moved into a new career phase when she was named Executive Director of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal in 2018 where she led the expansion of services and funding. An advocate for dementia prevention, Camille currently serves as Vice-President, Hope for Dementia. Motivated by a vision of a better world where everyone has the opportunity to be better and do better, Camille serves as a volunteer, board member (La Fondation des Arches du Québec, YWCA, Salvation Army, the Anglican Foundation, BELI), mentor (Women in Governance, Black Academic Scholarship Fund recipients) and donor in organizations that support better health, women and girls and marginalized persons. In her spare time, Camille creates pastel paintings.
Yves Pierre-Louis is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and PRINCE2, certified Project Manager with extensive experience in Information Technology project management. As the Founding Partner and President of Projecore Conseils Inc. for the past 16 years, Yves has led several high profile projects in the banking sector (National Bank, Desjardins) and has delivered flagship projects in other sectors such aviation (CAE, IATA), pharmaceuticals (Biron Groupe Santé, McKesson) insurance (Insurity, Quebec Blue Cross), education (McGill), engineering (SNC) and energy (Energir). He has guest lectured at the Desautels Faculty of Management, and has taught project management methodology to professionals preparing for their PMP certification, locally (IT Chapter) and internationally (Firmenich).
Yves is an avid cyclist who has traveled on separate occasions from St-Catherines Ontario to Montreal, from Montreal to Québec city, and from Lévis to Charlottetown. His next planned cycling adventure is to travel from Vancouver to Montreal.
